Romans 6:23a For the wages of sin is death;

This is a first and necessary step. No matter how “good” we are we can never merit Heaven.

Romans 3:23 For
all have sinned,
and come short of the glory of God;
In order to accept God’s gift we must
realize
that when we sin (do things against God) that sin separates us from God and has a price that must be paid:
Realize
that you are a sinner

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that,
while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us.
In our current state, Jesus Christ
paid
our sin debt and presented it to us as a gift:
Salvation is a Gift,
it can not be purchased or earned;

We can’t pray for you, this isn't about a ceremony or a chant; this is you talking to God. A prayer of repentance might go something like this:

Notice this isn't a Church. You can accept Jesus' Gift at home, in the car, on the beach... anywhere. Church is a great place too; just not the ONLY place...

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Sometimes religions want to complicate God's Simple Way of Salvation. God made salvation or "Getting Saved" easy and available for all that would call upon Him!
